Collection: Introductory Classes

With the help of the greatest master teachers of our time we have created an interactive superhero game for children and adults called; “Alchemy Adventures”. During our upcoming term at The School of Sauce children and their parents will detox their melanin, learn alchemy from its Kimetic origin, and discover 9 different schools of Magic on a quest to becoming the ultimate Alchemist.

Each week we will be a different rite of passage and we would like for you to join this journey with us. We have opened our Saturday intro classes to the public for anyone who may be interested. These courses take us out of the realm of externalizing and puts us in the driver seat of our own action packed, nature driven, quest to awakening the superhero in each of us. We no longer have to marvel at others but get to embody our superpowers in real time with practices that help us mentally, spiritually and practically in our everyday lives.
